So if anyone has seen The Hangover they will remember the scene in which The Wolf Pack retrace there steps back to the Elvis Wedding Chapel! Well today we found said Chapel, and in true Vegas fashion (and at the request of one Jenny Crabbe) Laura and I decided to venture inside.
We were greeted by a lovely attendant, around our age and very enthusiastic about her amazing job. She talked us through the different packages that they had, and after deciding on the one that looked best for us we were escorted into a small side room adorned in flowers, love hearts, and fairy lights. Laura picked out the perfect vail and bouquet, while I opted for the cummerbund, bow tie, and Stetson with 'Groom' printed on he front look!
After walking down the isle and having photos taken, we signed the documents and walked outside for our final photo next to the Pink Cadillac as a happily married couple...
Of course the sign out the front of the Elvis Wedding Chapel read "Pretend Wedding Photos: $35".
We couldn't resist.
